But this post is all about the workouts – hot yoga, sprints, and strength – oh my!

Weekly Workouts
Monday – the Sprints & Strength Workout (see below)
Tuesday – Hot Yoga
Wednesday – 2 mile night run + 1 mile walk
Thursday – Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga
Friday – 2 rounds of the Men’s Health Crowded Gym Workout (app) + 4 miles walking
Saturday – REST
Sunday – REST
New App – Men’s Health Workouts
Yes, I know that this is called “Men’s” Health workouts. My brother actually recommended that I download it – and for a good reason! The workouts are pretty awesome and there’s virtually no thinking on your part. Now that’s my kind of workout!
There are several categories to choose from – chest, abs, legs, full body, fat burn, the list goes on and on. Then once you’ve chosen your workout – the app does the rest. It shows you the exercise(s) and tells you how many reps to complete. Then you can log your sets and move on to the next one. The best part? You can take it to the gym (on your iPhone) or use it at home!
