The Snack Monster is taking over!

Hey guys! Tuesday is coming to an end, but my night of studying is just beginning!

Today has been a snack-filled and study-filled day! After posting this morning, I started studying for my quiz for tomorrow! I took a break to snack on these:

These black seedless grapes are sooo good. They are usually only in season in the fall—so you know I’m all over the Costco containers of them!
After a little more studying, I headed to my parent’s house to take my pupper for a walk. But not before stopping here for a little necessary afternoon pick-me-up:

Remember how I said that the first Pumpkin Spice Dunkin Donuts coffee I had was wayyy too sweet? Well I found the perfect way to drink it: ask for a black coffee (hot/iced) with only half of the pumpkin spice they usually add. I don’t think they have the whole “2 pump” thing like they do at Starbizzle, and this order hasn’t failed me yet!

Can you tell she's ready to get outside and walk?

Look at my pretty Bahla’s new collar! It’s hot pink and black, so cute!
After her walk, guess what I did? Yup, more snacking! I wasn’t in the mood for a meal, so the snacks were a-flowing! I think this is due to the fact that I was at my parents’ house and my eating style is always different there? I still consider it “home” and I kind off revert back to my days of less-than-stellar eating habits and graze a little too much. Not to worry, I made sure to choose semi-healthy snacks this time around!

First I had a little cottage cheese with Kashi crackers:

Eaten like this—it’s the only way! This is also great with Special K crackers, because they have a little sweetness.

Then, while finishing up some notes, I snacked on these:

Okay, so maybe these aren’t too great of a snack, but they are irresistible. I don’t buy these for my house, solely because I know I would not be able to control myself. ;) So I always grab a handful at my ‘rents.
FINALLY, my snacking ceased with this:

Delish, as usual.

After the cottage cheese and crackers, but pre-dark chocolate berries and larabar—I joined my broski for a run. We did roughly 3 miles—and it was scorching! Really humid and hot to boot! It literally took me about 30 minutes to stop sweating post-run. But hey, according to my sweat-o-meter theory, this was a successful workout! ;)

For dinner, I had a wrap that contained:
La Tortilla Factory Ivory Teff Wrap
Laughing cow wedge
Quorn “turkey” burger
Pickles
Honey Mustard

It kind of freaks me out how this Quorn looks so much like real turkey! Hmm, I may re-evaluate their purchase in the future.

All warm and crispy in the George Foreman (my personal Panini press).
On the side I had some baby carrots, Mary’s Sticks, and hummus—it was a carbalicious day.

Well I’m cozied up with a pumpkin candle burning and about to hit the books (yet again). Contemplating making a green tea latte for a little boost. Can you tell I am caffeine dependent? Ah well, we each have our vices!

I hope you all have a fabulous Wednesday!

Do you give in to your snack attacks when they come? Clearly, you know I do! Could this apply to the eating more frequently to keep your metabolism revving? Because then I can rejoice in satiating my snack monster!
