It’s Friday. I’ll be spending the whole day gallivanting around Chicago – so let’s get straight to the good stuff.
Wait, so do you love the word “gallivanting” as much as I do? It’s just fun to say (and type).
To clarify, we’ll be gallivanting around after my brother’s doctor appointments. Yep. That about sums it up.
Since I’ll be heading out quite early, this post is going to be quick and fun. I’ll show you mine and you show me yours. Take that as you will.
Fave Eats (from the week)
Savory oats {topped with laughing cow cheese and nutritional yeast} with veggie scrambled eggs.
I used to be scared of savory oats. It just seemed as if oats had to be sweet. Boy, was I wrong. Savory oats are delicious!
Fruit “cereal.” Basically, a bowl of fruit (bananas, apples, and blueberries) topped with almond butter, cinnamon, and almond milk! This is a great pre-workout snack.
Easter is right around the corner, which means the stores are stocked up on my favorite candy ever! Cadbury crème eggs.
They’re just so darn delicious. And irresistible. And horribly unhealthy. But hey, you have to live a little.

Why yes, I am a leopard junkie. I would switch out the white shirt for a coral one and add some gold hoops. Love.
I just love this khaki jacket! I’d pair it with some dark wash capris, a fun tank, and a long necklace.
