Janetha created this fun survey and she even shared a template that is super easy to copy. Yep, she’s awesome.
Let’s go.
A is for age: I’m 25 years young. Quarter-life crisis what?
B is for breakfast today: I was rushing out the door this morning so I grabbed a banana, a larabar, and a vat of coffee.
C is for currently craving: I’m currently wishing that my breakfast had consisted of this plate of deliciousness.
That would be a sweet potato and black bean burrito from the Bongo Room (in Chicago). It’s a spinach tortilla stuffed with pureed black beans, pureed sweet potato, guacamole & scrambled eggs finished with melted jack cheese and tomatillo salsa.
Otherwise known as all my favorite things stuffed in a deliciously chewy tortilla.
D is for dinner tonight: Well, I’m currently at the University of Chicago Medical Center and I will be for the duration of the evening (and the week). So dinner will be take out from a local restaurant or the hospital cafeteria.
E is for favorite type of exercise: Do I have to choose? Currently, I’m loving both piloxing and zumba. But I also love running, lifting, and everything in between.
I’m the worst when it comes to picking favorites for pretty much anything.
F is for an irrational fear: I have an irrational fear of falling through a second story floor. Yes, I’m weird. My treadmill is on the second floor in my house and I always have random daydreams in which I fall through the ceiling – treadmill and all.
G is for gross food: Bacon. I know it has almost a cult following but I’ve never been a fan. Even pre-vegetarian days.
H is for hometown: I grew up in Northwest Indiana – about 40 minutes from Chicago.
I is for something important: My family. Hands down the most important thing in my life. My cats are included in that.
J is for current favorite jam: Proud by Heather Small. It’s not new, but I absolutely love it.
K is for kids: One amazing boy.
L is for current location: I’m currently writing this from the University of Chicago family waiting room. Definitely not my favorite place.
M is for the most recent way you spent money: I most recently spent money on this delicious iced tea from Argo.
Earl gray + almond milk + sugar free vanilla. They called it a Teapuccino. I call it tasty.
N is for something you need: I need to recruit more subjects for my research. I’m presenting at a conference in May and I’m seriously lacking in data. Come on psychology students, you get extra credit!
O is for occupation: research assistant, office receptionist, future graduate student
P is for pet peeve: Disorganization. I will come organize your drawers and closets. Seriously. It makes me happy.
Q is for a quote:
R is for random fact about you: I’m shared a lot of random facts about myself – so sorry if this is a repeat.
I take approximately 800 pictures of my cats. Daily.
I can’t help that they’re constantly being cute.
S is for favorite healthy snack: hummus and crackers or hummus and veggies. Can’t get enough.
T is for favorite treat: frozen yogurt. Specifically, pistachio topped with mochi and blueberries.
If you’re talking not-so-healthy treat, then red velvet cupcakes are where it’s at.
Hello, beautiful.
U is for something that makes you unique: I was a super young Mom determined to beat the statistics. I think I did a pretty great job of making that happen.
V is for favorite vegetable: Okay, this is just like the exercise question. I can’t pick favorites, remember? How about favorite way to eat my veggies? That’s easy – roasted.
W is for today’s workout: walking up the stairs (instead of the elevator) – hey, that counts.
X is for X-rays you’ve had: just the routine dental x-rays
Y is for yesterday’s highlight: Long walk in the beautiful weather. Family dinner (ravioli night). Frozen yogurt.
{mushroom ravioli with a cream sauce + cheese tortellini topped with spicy marinara}
Z is for your time zone: CST – central standard time
Well, that was fun!
Your turn!
<3 Stefanie
